S&T 2013 does not open S&T 2011 files on my 64-bit machine. It works fine on my 32-bit laptop. Supposedly, a hotfix is required, but that does not install (and the installation routine of S&T 2013 does not tell me that!). When I try to install the fix manually I am advised that it is not suitable for my machine. There is no support function I could contact from Germany and my forum question remain unresponded to.
Strange. Are you able to open any 2011 map files in 2013 on your 64bit machine?
Send me a sample of the problematic 2011 file and a screenshot of your error message.

Hi Monica,
I don’t think it does. You can click anywhere on a street and a popup will show you the address right down to the zipcode for wherever you click. I’m not sure if that would be enough for your needs.
