I have a question. I downloaded the POI update and now cannot get back into the program of Streets and Trips 11. I lost the product key when this happened. Please advise. Jim Ashby, jim@TravelTaylorTours.com

I’m not sure downloading the POI Megafile would have anything to do with losing the product key. Send me a screenshot of what happens when you launch S&T normally from the start menu. streetsandtrips [at] hotmail [dot] com
Thank you. I have called into Microsoft and received my product code and entered it to open the program. I am not sure that I have the POI that was downloaded. I would love to be able to call in to get information. Is that possible. Also, I will travel to Louisville and possibly meet someone that this rally that is listed.

S&T 2013 is available for download here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30173 It might take some time to show up on the shelf of your local retailer. You can purchase a product key from the http://www.microsoftstore.com (just choose the download option).

When I opened S&T this morning, a “Pop Up” informed me that “Streets & Trips 2013 is available now! Get a free trial version by clicking the “Yes” button below. Thanks, The Streets & Trips Team.”
But when I click on the link, it goes to the 2011 version download. What’s up with that?

I downloaded and installed 2013 and works good but I have a problem bringing in my previous trips from 2006. Some work some don’t, so how do I fix the broke ones so I can open them with the new version?
